Documentary Directors Awards

Back in July 2018, Lost Histories submitted “If Walls Could Talk” to the Documentary Directors Awards in Jakarta. By September the same year, we had an email back to tell us the film had passed the screening process.
We sent the Physical version of the film and quietly waited with bated breath.

January 2019 we had an email to say “If Walls Could Talk” was a Platinum winner and would be included in 2018 Festival round. What a joy and honor this is.

The Festival Event starts in the Royal city of Surakarta, which is inaugurated and hosted by King Sri Anglung Prabu Punta Djajanagara Cakrabuana Girinata.

Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia. Apart from its status as the capital of Indonesia with its skyscrapers in the heart of the city, Jakarta has a long history and complex culture. Diving deeply into the historical value of the nation, Jakarta has become one of the vital places where Indonesian heroes fought for their freedom and honor. Filmmakers will also visit the best wildlife safari tour.

Film festivals contribute much more than showing excellent films and celebrities of the remarkable profile.
These annual events feed the enduring value of culture to the people through the best of the art, and incidentally, collaborate with the economy and tourism of the countries where they occur.
